Thomas Pollinger

Thomas grew up in Allentown Pennsylvania and moved to sunny California in 2003. He graduated from Palomar College in 2017 with a degree in drafting technology and has always dreamed of being an airline pilot. 

 

His passion for flight began as a child and later evolved into learning to fly RC Airplanes at a local RC Club. From there his journey expanded after finishing college, and began flight training to become a professional pilot at Carlsbad's Palomar airport. He received his CFI and II in 2019 and immediately began instructing for local clubs and worked for a time out of Gillespie Field training international pilot. 

 

Thomas is a full time instructor working in the San Diego area and loves to share his passion of flying with others, he believes the aviation community must band together to help each other grow as pilots and share our knowledge to make a safer environment for everyone.

 

Thomas is a CFI and CFII for ASEL and holds his commercial license for both ASEL and AMEL.
